You can choose to get general advice, help with a specific condition, or make an administrative request. After picking a condition, you can find self-help tips, local services, and pharmacy advice, or get advice from your GP at the surgery.
If you choose ‘treatment and advice from my GP,’ you’ll fill out an online form about your symptoms. You’ll need to confirm that you don’t have any symptoms that need immediate care. Please answer the questions as best as you can so we can help you properly.
Once the eConsult form is completed, you’ll provide your phone number and email address.
Please submit one eConsult per issue. If you have more than one problem, you might need to submit more than one eConsult. This helps us get the right information to assist you better.
