• Your appointment or clinic letter/email will usually include the direct contact details for your hospital service.
• You can also look up your clinic on the UCLH services webpage to find up-to-date phone numbers and email addresses.

When to contact UCLH

You should contact UCLH directly if you need to:

• Reschedule or cancel a hospital appointment
• Confirm the date, time, or location of your clinic
• Ask about directions, hospital facilities, or accessibility
• Check what documents or test results you need to bring

Helpful tips

• Have your NHS number and any clinic reference ready when you call or email.
• Please remember: your GP practice cannot change or cancel hospital appointments on your behalf. These must be managed directly with UCLH.
