In case of a medical emergency that cannot wait until the surgery opens, call NHS 111. 
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

iHUB is a new service offering appointments to City Road patients at other local Practices at hours outside of our current Practice hours. 
The appointments are offered at:
– Andover Medical Centre (Hornsey Road),
– Islington Central Medical Centre (Laycock Street), 
– Ritchie Street Health Centre (Ritchie Street).  
Appointments offered are from:
Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm,
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm. 
Each Hub is staffed by x1 GP, x1 Nurse, x2 Receptionists.
Appointments are ONLY bookable by visiting or calling your usual GP.
